This hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay close to the city center. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and speaks English. the breakfast offers plenty of choices, and the Filipino and Bangladeshi receptionists are very helpful. the lobby, restaurant, and coffee shop are newly renovated for a fresh look.

Some of the facilities could use some updating, such as old bedsheets, broken machines in the gym, slow and unreliable WIFI.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal for exploration as it was close to many major attractions in the city. The spacious suite was clean and well-equipped with facilities. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of dishes and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

For Me the location was excellent, also if you have a car it would be perfect, there are parking lot and hotel is very close to shopping areas and city center.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Calm, friendly staff, walk away distance of small shops and Shawarma canteen. Very quick reply for any need. Breakfast Buffet is perfect, short menu but got everything.

Their swimming pool is slippy, you cant find anything to catch at the edge. Sauna room is not hot. Treadmill was not working. No towels No slippers Nobody to help at the Swimming pool & Gym Area.. Not clean closets too at the Gym Area.

Good clean modern hotel, Wifi is fast and free, good buffet breakfast, staff are very helpful and speak good English, small supermarket and a Good takeaway Pizza and Swarma place around the corner. A couple of Shopping Malls within walking distance, one with movie theatres.

Had a wonderful time at a hotel. The staff were lovely and the hotel was in an excellent location. There was a lovely express market near the hotel, which came in handy. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel was located in a central location making it very convenient to explore the surrounding areas.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel as well. there were some issues with the WiFi connection, which was constantly cutting out and was frustrating.

The breakfast was good and the guy at the front desk was helpful. The room was large and clean.

Suite home is a little far away from most other things. I could not reasonably walk to restaurants and other things.

i booked a Suit and called about 6 hours before arriving to confirm that my suit is ready, but the hotel rented my room and gave me a regular room and made me pay that day charge, although i booked the suit 2 weeks in advance with very low rate. the staff were unfriendly, they knew that i will not find a room anywhere so they told me take the room or leave!!!! what kind of hotel treat the guest like this???

i wanted to play billiards, they asked me to sign paper including some costs in case i lost the sticks or the ball and also took from me my room card untill i return the sicks&balls back i didn't like this policy

The Arabic belboy was very friendly and helpful. Also the waitress was courteous and helpful.
